Vice PresidentKim Ressler, MBA, BSN
Kim Ressler is the project director for the medical home care coordination project at the North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities. She received her bachelor's of science degree from the University of Mary and her master's of business administration from the University of Phoenix.

Past PresidentAnn Fraase, RNAnn Fraase is the disease management coordinator with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota and is the North Dakota DPCP Team & HDSPP disease management leads. She received her RN diploma from St Luke’s School of Nursing in Fargo, N.D., and bachelor of university studies from NDSU in Fargo, N.D. She has more than 19 years of experience with Migrant Health Service. Currently, her responsibilities include coordinating a statewide diabetes quality improvement project in conjunction with North Dakota Department of Health, which includes an access-based claims data registry of diabetes members and developing physician reports assessing the frequency of annual office visits, A1C testing, lipid testing, eye exams and microalbumin test.

TreasurerDonna Amundson, RN CDE, CPT
Donna Amundson currently is working as manager of the Diabetes Care Center at Medcenter One in Bismarck. She has been with Medcenter One for 10 years. Donna also was appointed manager of Medcenter’s Pain Clinic in November of 2010. Donna has more than 35 years of experience in diabetes education. She continues to provide education for all ages of people with diabetes.

Nancy Hostetter is an education coordinator for UND School of Medicine and Health Sciences at the SW Campus in Bismarck, N.D. She coordinates continuing medical education for physicians, primarily working with the central and western part of the state. She has more than fifteen years experience working with clinical trials and cancer research. She worked for the Women’s Health Initiative’s Coordinating Center and Cancer Surveillance System (part of the National Cancer Institute’s SEER program) at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, WA. She also worked in medical management for a Blue Shield company. Nancy was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes six years ago and has many family members with diabetes.
